Patrick started playing drums in 1973, and he has since toured Europe mostly with reggae artists such as Pablo Gadd, Gregory Issacs, Dennis Brown and many more. Over the years he has played with well known names such as The Police, Joan Armatrading and UB40. More recently the bulk of his work has been on the function circuit with One Shot and Detroit Soul, finally taking the throne for Elements in 2002.

Patrick is a very versatile drummer capable of providing the perfect percussive feel for a song, whatever musical style, softer or louder. Not as loud as some shirts he wears though, but hey, at 6’ 6” he can wear what he likes……….
